We only collect information you choose to give us. Today that means the email address you submit to join our early-access list, and any answers you provide if you complete our AI Readiness assessment. We do not use tracking or analytics tools to monitor how you browse the site.

We use your email to send occasional updates about Cooperance, including launch news and the insights newsletter you opted into. We use assessment responses to generate your results and to understand, in aggregate, the needs of the people we serve. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the site and send email. We use Resend (resend.com) to store our mailing list and deliver email, and we share your email address with them only to the extent needed to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active or as needed to provide our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cooperance is based in British Columbia, Canada. We handle personal information in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and request its deletion. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
